RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Fresh Fresh Flowers handles returns and processes refunds in case by case bases.

Whilst we make every effort to do our very best to ensure your chosen colours and flowers are sent out, from time to time due to seasonal variety and availability we are unable to match the request. We will make the changes necessary to get it as close to the product photo as possible.

We must be notified within 24 hours of purchase if you are unhappy with product quality being delivered. If care instructions have been followed & flowers do not last we will provide a replacement or store credit. The value of credit is at the discretion of Fresh Fresh Flowers.

No replacement or refund will be approved if you have not attempted to make contact within 24 hours of delivery of your order. Refund will be offered only if the order has been cancelled prior to flowers being arranged.

We cannot cancel an order or issue a refund for items that have already been delivered or is already onboard with the courier.

PURCHASE OF ALCOHOL

You must be over 18 years of age to purchase any alcohol products from our website. Proof of identity will be requested up on delivery to verify before handing over the product in accordance with Victorian Liquor Laws.
